CONSULTATION
We are dedicated to helping our patients achieve their skincare goals. We offer complimentary skincare consultations to better understand each individual’s skincare needs. Based on a personal skin analysis and evaluation, we will design a customized treatment plan that will best meet the expectation of the client.
SCHEDULING
Appointments are required in order to obtain treatment, as most treatments are booked several weeks in advance. If we have therapist available, we will be happy to provide you with a consultation, or if possible, desired treatment.

Monday – Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Saturday: By Appointment Only
Sunday: Closed
ARRIVAL
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. We require that all new patients fill out medical history and treatment consent forms.
Please arrive without makeup for your consultation, skin assessment or treatment.
LATE ARRIVALS
As a courtesy to all patients, appointments will begin and end as scheduled. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so the next patient will not be delayed. If you are 15 + minutes late you will be considered a “no-show” and charged for 100% of your treatment fee.
CANCELLATIONS
Treatments are reserved exclusively for you. If you must reschedule or cancel any appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the treatment. All treatments re-scheduled or cancelled on the same day of the appointment, or missed without notice will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
PRODUCT RETURNS
We will gladly exchange the full value of the returned product for product or products that are better suited to your desired results. If you do not wish for a product exchange, we would be happy to give you credit towards one of our services, with the original receipt within two weeks of purchase.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are available for purchase for all LUXE treatments, treatment series and skincare products.
ADDED COMFORT
With selected treatments, a topical anaesthetic cream is available and can be applied prior treatment. You may order your topical anaesthetic cream when scheduling your appointment at additional cost.
TEST SPOTS
With medical-based treatments test spots may be required to determine if you are a suitable candidate for certain treatment. Test spots are provided at additional cost.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Treatments are available to patients 16 years and older. For patients under 18 years old a parent or legal guardian must be present.
ETIQUETTE
LUXE Medical Laser Treatment Centre is an adults only environment. Guests must be 16 years and older. For your privacy, cell phones and other electronic devices are not permitted. Please make sure to turn off your cell phones and pagers.
PAYMENT
We accept cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment by check is not accepted.
STANDARD POLICY
A credit card number is required to secure all appointments.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are at your discretion and are not included in any treatments or treatment series.
VALUABLES
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, and encourage you to leave any valuables at home.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse treatments at our discretion.
